The owner, Neil Scott, already had a designer make the design brief and asked me to build the bespoke website from the ground up, with an emphasis on speed and customised functionality.

VTraQ are an online learning website who provide work-based training & assessment services throughout north-east England, Yorkshire & Scottish Borders.
The website was originally built on the Moodle CMS as requested and is currently undergoing a migration to Wordpress to match the growing needs of the website.

Ronnie Pattison is a professional artist who specialises in pet portraits and landscapes. A talented oil painter, he can be found painting in his shop window in Low Fell, Gateshead.
Ronnie asked me to make him a website that would help local customers who may not know about him to find out about him and his services doing art commissions from his shop.

The National Youth Film Academy is the leading membership organisation for young people in film. Founded in 2011, their mission is to Locate, Nurture and Promote the very best young talent in film.
NYFA CEO Rob contacted me to help with the upkeep and editing of the website as it had increased in size and complexity since they originally created it.
The Passion Rooms
The Passion Rooms is a website I was asked to take over the management of after the original developer was no longer in a position to do so. This is an ecommerce website that sells adult products from toys to lingerie.
Patsy asked me to overhaul the way products are incorporated on this affiliate website and to make some subtle design tweaks.

Project Landscaping Ltd are a professional landscaping company based in the Newcastle area. The team members are specialists in their given fields with over 45 years combined experience and expertise.
Long Play Cafe
Long Play Cafe is a relaxed coffee and vinyl shop located in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne. They wanted a site design that reflected the feel and atmosphere of a coffee shop and built with a CMS (Joomla) to allow easy editing by themselves. They also asked me to design their logo.
The cafe has closed now but while it was active, Long Play Cafe was in the top 10 cafés in Newcastle on tripadvisor.co.uk
Apple Report
Apple Report is a tech blog about all things Apple. The owner asked for something clear, modern, responsive and a design which hinted at Apple old and new. I also designed their logo.
The site needed to look good on all screen sizes, from iPhones to Mac desktops.
Gaming Mind
Gaming Mind is a blog and affiliate website all about video games. My customer wanted a website where he could write articles and reviews about his hobby, video games. Visitors are able to buy items on the site that go through Amazon's system. I also designed the logo for this website.
Fitness Pulse
Fitness Pulse is another blog and affiliate site. The purpose of this site is to write articles relating to fitness and well-being and also reviews of products. The site is integrated with an Amazon affiliate shopping cart system. The site needed to be sleek and modern. The logo is one I designed as well.
Red Hot Designs
It may seem counter intuitive for a web designer to make a competing website for web design services. The owner of the website's intention was actually to sub-contract the work out to designers like myself so it makes more sense than it may at first seem. They also cater to custom hosting, banners, logo design and WHMCS licences.
